Freely Fruity’s co-founder, Ryan Simpson, came home from the Freely Fruity orchard one evening with an abundance of very ripe strawberries and they needed eating; fast! His idea was so simple but inspired so if you have a few punnets of less than perfect strawberries have a go at Ryan’s strawberry milkshake!
Ingredients
800g strawberries, hulled
1 litre vanilla ice-cream
125ml whole milk
Method
- Place all of the ingredients into a large blender and blend until smooth, or work in batches if you need to
- Serve immediately with straws
